HELP! Any sellers on amazon have this issue?

No Xenophobia involved. I love Sushi and the people who make it. I actually love meeting Foreigners and asking specific questions re their culture. Never know what a person can learn if you take an interest.

I know in some places, Japan and China, a perceived deal on an over priced item is somewhat of a status symbol. Works with some products and may well work with uninformed people that are buying a pool cue, perhaps.

Myself, I wouldn't be looking toward Amazon anyway to purchase a pool cue, but if I ran across an ad such as that, I would probably think, Joke, and not even be tempted to see what other items your company sells. That goes for EBay as well, where you can click on the Sellers Store.

Might very well work on Amazon but try and sell those on AZ Sale Forum in that manner and see how far it goes.

But, the point being regardless is the Jizzler that tried the move on your company is probably a Wanker and makes a habit of that type of action no matter where they deal.

People like that will change price stickers on items hoping for it to slip past the teller.

Almost a funny story. I bought a few fishing supplies last year at Wal Mart.

There was an older couple directly in front of me. I saw that they had a new magazine
in their cart in the little seat where a kid would sit. I wouldn't have nothing of it but for the fact that both of them made a big production of piling a couple of jackets over top
of it to obviously hide it.

They put there other items on the belt for the teller, except for the magazine.

So, when the teller asked them if that was all, I causally asked the man if they were going to pay for the magazine. Huh, what magazine. The one under your outer clothing, that one.

Oh, oh, our mistake, must have forgot that.

Have you got any more of your 'Adam` cues, seem like a bargain. They are called Japan- are these the Classic line that are made in Japan, cos these usually go for $400. Oh, and can I have a case of your "predator" gloves, I've never seen the ones you sell so they must be super-rare. Out of interest how do you achieve the cheap glove with a predator logo stuck on look?

By the way, you should have kept away from this board. People on here know bulls#it when they see it. I wouldn't bother trying to trade on here, you'll be banned with seconds. Hopefully your eBay and Amazon accounts will be closed shortly.

wow. such a harsh post. And we don't sell Predator gloves but we do give them as a gift with our cues. We sell cuetec gloves.

I'm sorry to say but your negative attitude about us is exactly WHY I was hired. Regardless of what your opinion is, our products are actually really great. We do have some black predator gloves with the embroidered logos on them that come with some of our cues. My whole point of coming on this board is for advice from some people and to help us further better our brand of cues. Just because the person before me didn't know how to properly market products and I was recently brought on to rectify the situation doesn't mean you have to send negativity towards me or my online accounts. And what type of person hopes that someone's business would be closed that supports their families? At the end of the day we are hard working people that are simply trying to fix a lot of wrong doings that they have done. Look at what John at T-Mobile has been doing for their company. He has been working his butt off for a few years now and is just starting to change the way people see the company AND is offering way better services and products. There is nothing different between what he is trying to do and what I'm trying to do.

Why don't you actually USE one of our Adam Jump & Break Cues before you hate on them? Or maybe read the feedback we actually get from customers. People genuinely like our cues. If one is damaged in transit, they send it back and we replace it. It's a good business practice. The only thing you seem to dislike is the former marketing practices which I might say is a PAIN to get rid of and it doesn't happen over night

To the rest of you that had kind words or can speak assertively I tip my hat to you and appreciate the kind criticism you have givin

You know the old saying it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks? It's similar here. I find my self constantly correcting all of the new listings my co-worker makes because once you're set in your ways it's hard to change them, but we are making an active effort to change them and I am only one person. And I can't stand people that do that. When I can't afford something I don't get it. Stealing things just adds to inflation for actual paying customers.

Ours is listed (everywhere I have edited so far and placed ads) as the Gator Adam Cue because that is our brand name. Yes, it is a similar adam logo on it and that's because we get them from the exact same factory as the regular Adam cues.

The reason we don't sell our predator gloves is because we got it directly from a supplier and well, they never met the cut and never got sold so we put them in packages, note they're not sold by themselves.

I'm sorry for using the term "hating" but wishing us to go out of business leaves me at a loss for another word to use.

I'm not hating on your 'Adam' cue. It could be a good cue, but it isn't an Adam. It is a shameless fake with the Adam logo on it.

With regards the 'Predator' gloves- I think I have owned every glove Predator have ever sold, I am a bit obsessive when it comes to Predator products. I've never seen the glove which is pictured by you on eBay. The quality is somewhat poor when compared with Predator's current glove, see below.

we are aware we have the same series name for that. But the manufacturer isn't listed as Adam Cues, It's listed as Gator by Champion Sport.

The first two are your's the last is Adam's. You are deliberately deceiving. You say you have the same logo and name by chance, which seems far fetched. These are fake 'Adam's' no more no less.

Is that how you get around the copyright laws (trademark infringement), pertaining to the Predator gloves? You 'give' them away for 'free', and are not selling them..?

Im very surprised you would come on this site... A little research would have shown you that you were likely to get flamed on here...

Well given my past experience with forums (all in the technology department) I should have figured all forums are the same and you can get flamed very easy. But I also joined this site hoping to get insight so that I can improve this brand and start making things better and changing things. Regardless of how un-assertively many people have put things, I have been able to use it as leverage with the owner on my end to make positive changes in regards to the way we list our items and also for our next production line, how we label our products. I just wish that people instead of getting pissed at me for past employees mistakes would see I am genuinely here looking for guidance to be able to take a really good product with a rather bad reputation because of the marketing practices and change that around.

As for the predator gloves (I did not know that would be such a hot topic on here) I didn't even know we HAD predator gloves my first month here because they are exclusively on the amazon store. I thought we only had Cuetec Gloves and then I saw a listing on Amazon and went and looked around the warehouse and sure enough I found some predator gloves. The Reader's Digest for the Predator Gloves to my understanding as I have only been here a few months, is that when we stopped ordering from that manufacturer after we got those gloves because of well, how they came and so we don't sell them individually, that's why we just add them to packages until we are out of stock of them.

I live in Sacramento which seems to be home to some of the rudest people around so people "flaming" me isn't ruining my day or my life, but it's just frustrating because I generally as a person try to be encouraging and assertive with my communication towards people and try to keep a rather positive outlook in general. I did not come to this forum with the intention of receiving or sending ill will towards anyone nor did I come here to sell you crappy products. I for one won't work for a company that has legitimately worthless products. I can say that our cues are a very good value and a great quality. I'm sure nobody on this site would want our ST Cue because those are the entry level beginners cues. Those are the cues you just have for your table at home or when you're going out to a bar and know you'll drink a lot and don't want to take a nice cue. Our Gator and Spider lines have some really awesome cues.

With that in mind. Please. Stop holding me accountable for things I did not do. I would LOVE to answer any questions you guys may have that I can answer. I would love to set straight any confusion or misconceptions that may be had about our company or our cues. I don't mind (withholding names of course) Telling you the stories about the few complaints we have received since I have worked here. I deal with all of our Customer complaints so I hear it all and to be honest the complaints we have had about our actual cues were 2. One person stored it in an attic for half a year and wondered why the cue was warped (kind of reminds me of oh gee why did my iphone screen break. I just left it in my car for 8 hours while I was at work in the 110 degree weather....) and the other cue was simply damaged by fed ex (THATS a shocker) and we replace it plain and simple and the customer was happy.

So again guys. Give me a chance. I get that we all have pasts, but this past isn't even mine. It's a past I was hired to fix and well, you can't fix problems if you don't get your hands dirty. Is there anyone who has a Spider Cue from us ON this forum even that has an opinion?

Well, good luck to you sir. You seem like a stand up person, and believe in your product.. The WORST thing you can do on here (or any other forums for that matter), is lash back at people taking jabs at you. Stand there, take em with the best smile you can, and stay positive and polite.. To me, it seems you've done that so far, so I wish you good luck..

It sounds to me like you work for shit heads. If he didn't like the way the gloves came from the mfgr, that clearly spells out to me that he was pissed his fakes he had MADE for him couldn't pass for authentic.

I suggest you find a new job. If he's willing to cheat customers and legit manufacturers by having fakes made of their products, then it's only a matter of time before he cheats you, too.

Thank you :-) After speaking with someone once we have our new products in I'm going to give out a few review copies on here so people can evaluate us for our cues.

I understand why you would think that but really it was someone who just didn't know what they were doing in this matter. I used to do product ordering in the dental field where surprisingly they try to sell us knock offs too in that field. And so it is another one of the reasons why I was hired.
