Here is a 9 foot Ernie Martinez cue sitting on a 6x12 snooker table at Mile High Billiards. Arvada Colorado.
Wait until Earl sees this.

Have you played with this cue? I don't think I would know what to do with it.

Yes I did. I'm sure it was made to use with the extra long bridge.
I tried it a couple times with out a bridge and as I stroked it the tip wobbled about a 1/4 inch up and down and I timed the wobble to hit the cue ball when the tip was on the center of the cue ball. I made one shot of 10 feet long.

You gotta get the master Ted (cuesblues) Brown to show you how to hit balls with this beast. 8 or 10 jack & cokes and there would be no wobble at all in the tip.

It looks like the joint in the shafts has a taper going towards the joint on each side... Depending on where it was sitting in your bridge hand, maybe that caused the wobble.

Either way, 9 feet is a little excessive. Imagine the table room-size requirements!
