I have upgraded to fullsize router motors on my lathes and have no more use for the small one. I have replaced the bearings on this about 4 months ago, the brushes are in excellent shape and I cleaned the whole housing etc. I did remove the spindle lock pin and made a pin that I insert when changing the bits. I found this to be better than trying to press a button and turn a wrench at the same time. I am including the pin, and the stock wrench that came with it.
