Repair lathe

My experience is that Chris from Hightower lathe will help you better in the future
Todd not so much I left him 2 voice mails t get back to me and he never did although I have one of his and one of Chris's lathes
But I think I will always go with service over coast. ....just my opinion

I have dealt with both Chris and Todd and I do have one of Todd's Lathes and never had an issue with him getting back to me or Chris for that matter .......but like you said its your opinion, and I think you mean cost not coast.

I've never had a problem with Todd getting back to me either. Although I think Todd deals with some tournament stuff on Fridays and his Fridays are usually pretty busy.

Only issue I've ever had with Chris, is he spelled my last name wrong,LOL. After all the orders I've placed with him, the last recent one he spelled my last name Castro, with an "R" and not Casto. That's a pet peve of mine. I still gotta get on his a$$ about that. :p
:)

I just like Chris's services better and imo his lathes are tighter
But it can also be because I lean towards his lathes no 're because he has bin around longer
Sorry guys
Just my opinion
But I also have dealt with bessel before
So all in all
Services can't beat all the money in the world
Chris

No need to be sorry. Everyone has their own opinions and personal preferences. That's what makes the world go around. I've had great success with both.

Now go build some phenolic ferrules, lol. :)
