How good is Pacman? Anyone know?

I keep seeing things about Manny (cant spell his name) Pacman. So got to wondering how good he actually is.
Also as a side note what is it about fighters and pool? Roberto Duran plays Pacman and I am going include Joe Rogan. I am sure there are more but seems like they like pool.
 
A B player when he's in stroke. A level under shortstop level nowadays.
His two brothers are also B players and gamble a lot down south of the Philippines.
Pacquiao has stopped gambling in pool after being born again.
Pac would beat Duran easily. Duran's a C player from what I've seen.
