They will have a CALCUTTA ALSO!

Lacy's is no more in New Orleans, than Kenna is in the West Bank.
Can't let them parish folks think they are high class :rotflmao:
Seriously, though, I've heard the tournaments are doing well at Lacy's. It's easy to attract players with a quality establishment like Lacy's.
BTW, JohnnyT, when am I going to see you at one of these tournaments. Time is short, you know....
JoeyA
Joey, I never played in very many tournaments and the few bar tournaments I played in I never wanted to win. Johnnyt
Well, you don't have to play in this one and if you do, you can lay down a lemon if you play me; for action with the rest of the locals.

"da parish"
Used to be a steel plate match down there. We took custom 1911's for the competition and AR's to get to the shooting range and back!
Gotta make it plain that Lacy's ain't nowhere near where the shooting match was and even then the route you chose to get there made a big difference. The parish covers a lot of territory and mostly the talk is because we like to rag the people down thataway!
Hu
I can't lie, I grew up there. That's one reason I only go to Lacy's in the daylight. Wouldn't want any of those violations or downa road folks catchin you at night![]()
My action days are long gone. I wouldn't want to find out if my heart could take the pressure of playing for decent money. I only play an hour a day now and if I could find a new hobby that I would enjoy, I'd jump all over it. I enjoy, and don't mind paying to watch the best players, but I won't watch regional players.
