Ugh! Why do pool rooms do that? They spend anywhere from $1k to $10k or more on a 9 foot table and then buy the cheapest damn rack on the planet.
I am sure there is some really cool trick to getting a tight rack with that cheap, miserable plastic thing they have in a lot of sports bars but I definitely don't know how to do it yet.

BTW, I did order an Accu-Rack recently and that thing does work well. I also have a magic rack at home so I have gone back and forth between them and both get a pretty tight rack every time. Why not just require template racking and move on past some of this nonsense?
Flipping it upside down works sometimes. If racking 9-ball you can also rack with the flat side of the rack facing the kitchen and squeeze the balls from the top down. Sometimes a combination of the two works.
I hate those cheap floppy pieces of crap. If you must use a triangle, the delta 13 is awesome.
