7 foot diamond tables in new england

Does anyone know where I can find some 7 foot diamond tables in the MA, NH, or RI area?

Ayer MA The Billiards Cafe has a very lightly used Diamond 7' in the back room.

There is a tournament there Tuesday nights at 7 in the main room, if you enter they may let you play on the Diamond for free.

I'm there most Tuesdays for the tournament and Sundays after 2:30 to about 5 with my son. Except probalby this week as the younger kid has a chorus thing at the same time as my son's league on Sunday.

While not Diamonds, the 7 footers at Ivory Billiards in Holyoke are setup very well. They are Valleys but if you did not know that you would have thought you were playing on a nice Gold Crown.

Not sure..

Not sure about 7' diamonds but heard recently that " The Crow's Nest" in Plaistow,NH just recently reopened with all Diamond 8'ers and offer FREE POOL at all times. I have also heard the food is excellent ! I'm planning a road trip soon. You might also try contacting Marc Dionne at www.newengland9ballseries.com as his tour covers all of New England, he may have more information on the locations of Diamond 7'ers.

I know of the diamond in Ayer, but it can be tough to get time on because there is only one table and it seems like high demand, plus the time is like 14 an hour. This is my last option if I don't find other tables. I also hear the sac club in Lowell now has a 7 foot diamond, anyone know if this is true? Can females be members of the sac club?

I don't think it's in high demand, it's never used on weekends but unless you are there for league or the tournament their hourly rates are on the high side (at least comparing to other areas, it's normal for MA where Jillians and Boston Billiards are/were at the same rate). Your best bet to get cheap or free time on it is to play in the Tuesday tournament and ask if you can go play on the Diamond while waiting for matches.

I went to the crow's nest a few weeks ago and the tables were awesome. They really went all out to on the equipment. I encourage anyone in the area to check it out.

Last I heard, Marc was planning on adding on to this year's tour with some events at this location and possibly a room in Auburn,ME with 9' Diamonds.

Dave,
You should hit the tourney on January 18th. I have also been wanting to check out the tables there. Give me a call if you want to ride down...

In Burlington, Vermont: Three Needs Taproom has three, and the Monkey House, across the river in Winooski, has one.
