Can you tell what cue this is

I have this window cue and wondering is it a Palmer has a brass joint. Please let me know what you think

I am no Cue Expert, but with the Clear Window at the bottom. doesnt that signify that it is a Palmer ?

Bayshore Billiards is now owned by AZ's own Tikkler.

he has owned it since the summer, he has been real busy making a nice room for the players. and changing the image that the previous owner made on the town.

It's a Rich cue made at the time in oceanside NY. Rich aka the skunk. I had one.

I was born in Oceanside and lived there and RVC, East Rock, and Long Beach for over 25 years. Long Island was a great place to grow up. Johnnyt

It is not a Palmer and I don't think it is a Rich. The brass to brass joint has a cheap look to it, somewhat like many imports. The wrap is not linen. I would say import.
 
Looks cobbled together from two cues, the D and E rings are white, and look like Gandy ones.
The lower rings are silver with different ring design.
Wrap looks cheap and is nylon for sure, has that shine to it.
