Where Can I Buy The Turtle Rack?

I would think West State Billiard Supply, since its the template they use on their tournaments. Not sure though, youll have to call them as their website doesnt look complete with everything they carry to me.

yeah... LOL... I will state my case here since it's been awhile... I am a traditionalist... I like the regular rack and racking for my opponent... The issue is more times than not I would get slugged while doing my best to provide as good a rack as possible...

After awhile I graduated to rack your own... Give me a good triangle, a table some idiot has not beat divots in and a good set of balls and I will rack my own no shenanigans... Hmmmm good triangle, good set of balls and an untapped table... Yeah I must be dozing off here at the keyboard...

We get the new balls, and the good racks at the US FRIGGIN OPEN.. Guess what happens after the first day? Idiots are tapping the balls in and now you can't really rack them right so you have to mechanic them to stand a fair chance....

The only fair thing at this point is a template... I ordered the rack who shall not be named and took it to my local pool shooting place... I can't call it a pool room or pool hall.. it's really a bar but if I say bar San Jose Dick may appear and want his picture taken with the hot waitresses so I will call it my pool shooting place....

My pool shooting place is owned by a corporate entity.. They do not take care of the equipment and many of the ball sets are at least 10 years old and the different sets have been mixed thru the years so having a set of balls that are all the same size is a pipe dream....

Anyhow I took the rack who shall not be named to the pool shooting place and found out I could not in any way shape or form get the balls to freeze... That was how the Accu-Rack templates started... They were the first thing Outsville sold... I had been making tips for awhile at that point but only for myself....

The first Accu-Racks looked like crap but the geometry on them worked.. The material we selected worked to mimic cloth.. New balls.... Old Balls... Didn't matter... My first crappy video which is still my only crappy video on youtube shows me freezing a golfball to the 8ball rack... Hell I sold some to a sticks and bricks store by racking a set of snooker balls on it and getting them to freeze....

So here we are today... The turtle beats not having a template when the balls, rack and cloth aren't up to snuff.. Likely does a good enough job MOST of the time... I have heard about times when it doesn't but they are a tour sponsor so I will leave it at that.. I will tell you this tho.. Our material choice keeps us from EVER selling for 1 dollar a piece... And the fact that we laser cut each rack... Not ever gonna be $1... My hard costs for A single template means I cannot compete with the "plastic" templates on price...

Thanks to AZ.. You guys have helped me refine ALL of our products and we are growing every month... As we grow there will be money to go to war on certain fronts... I just keep wondering when the contract for distribution rights runs out on the rack that cannot be named... I registered my engineering drawings and geometry and since they are engineering templates copyright law applies... Right now I can order chinese racks like the rack that will not be named minus US markings for the same $1 the turtles go for...

The accu rack is great. I love it with all sets.

I get a laugh when I see a magic rack in use on aramith premier or premium or lesser balls, them folks don't know a apple from a orange.
