During his first inning when there's approx. 5 reds left...
I noticed he switched to a lefty on a real nice draw shot then continued to build his break to win the first frame.

Un-believ-able! He opens the match with that record-breaking century. Boy, Stephen Hendry (commentating) didn't have to wait long to see it!

Probably the most talented cueman ever.

Someone posted a incredible shot he makes to finish a 147{perfect] that is beyond description.

Sad to say I watch Ronnie play,and I can't stand to watch any "pool". He just raises the bar too damn high.:(

There is a fragility with O'Sullivan that is relatively easy for certain players to expose, witness Robertson tear him to pieces on Saturday.

Should Murphy continue to play as he has done this last week, the king is dead, long live the king!

Murphy's potting accuracy makes up for his positional play.
Do you have a beef with the Rocket's new attitude in his career or have his past indiscretions marked him permanently ?
Take away his media faux pas and it seems to me you are left with a more sincere sportsman at the table.

That may be true ,MD does the same to Shane ,, but like MD Murphy at the end of his career he won't be a to pick up Ronnies stick

His Achilles heal is slow players. The Ebdons and the Dotts of the game. They mess with his head because he is used to playing so quick. No matter how much work he does with Dr Peters he will always have the tendency to throw his cue at balls when slow players get inside his head.

They are two peas in a pod in many ways. Both have excelled at the game and both have had a bad rap for their behaviour. Ronnie is a more introvert rebel and Earl is a lot more extrovert and outspoken but both make for excellent viewing because of their unpredictability.

Some have mentioned about his left hand play and his break off. He always breaks lefty because he feels he gets a better angle off the pack, more reaction on the white and results in a better cue ball after the break. He has tried showing me how to do it but he forgets my left hand isn't anywhere near his in terms of ability. My right hand is probably worse than his left hand for that matter. He is truly unbelievable with both ways of shooting. He has said he became so good with his left hand to keep his rhythm of playing. He would elect to shoot left handed on some shots because it took too long to get the rest. On a good day I may knock in a few 30/40 breaks with my left hand. I've practiced a lot with it, but on a bad day Ronnie will knock in 60/70 breaks with the left. It just pisses me off that someone can be that good with the wrong hand!
