Question About Seyberts

I sent two inquiries about purchasing within 24 hours and still no reply.

Is Seyberts normally slow with e-mails?

I've never sent them emails about purchasing, but I've sent some inquiring on returns and they've always responded to me very quickly. 24 hours isn't very long though if they get a lot of email volume (I used to work for a company answering consumer emails, in our busy season it was a 5-7 day response time on occasion...and yes, we realized how bad that was). But, if you're impatient, give them a call.

They responded to me very quickly, last week I've sent them an email asking about something, and they replied to me before the day ended.

Maybe it depends on the time of the day, weekend is coming so I guess it depends...Seyberts are the best by the way I've got an order as we speak coming on the way to me, and it will arrive next monday, can't wait :D

24 hours is not too long, as others mentioned 2-3 business days to reply is very reasonable. That being said, they have excellent customer service and I've been quite happy in the past.

So you have the time to post here and complain about them but couldn't pick up the phone to call them? Not sure I understand that. Their service has always been exceptional in my experience.

Ive ordered a few things from seyberts. I accidentally ordered a medium kamui black when i wanted a soft. I emailed them right after purchase which was around ten at night. They responded to me by nine or ten am the next day. Normally they are pretty quick with responses.

I am not complaining, just asking if that's normal.

Since I don't live in the states, charges may get tricky.

Anyway Seyberts has replied me already.

I always call them as well. I like to double check that whatever items I'm including in my order are actually in stock and ready to ship.

My wife is patient enough to send an email and wait for a response. I on the other hand if I have a question or want to order something I do it by phone so I do not have to wait. I often used to order race car stuff and have it shipped red label, the guy on the other end of phone always asked if I knew how much that would cost. I replied that I could not drive there and pick it up for what they were going to charge. That was before shipping prices got out of hand like they are now.
