OP - there are new US rules for credit card chargebacks/claims. 90 DAYS from date of charge. not date of ship - from date of CHARGE. Canadian AmX, VISA, MC are different. but if your credit card is US, you need to go ahead & start a dispute, to CYA.

3/8-10, 5-16/14, Cuetec & Viking is all they have in stock on OB2+ shafts.
Sometimes it takes OB a while to fill backorders

Matt, Canada is only a little over 3,000 miles from the East Coast to the West Coast. And I live in the middle. And approx a day or so drive from the Northwest Territories. Maybe a bit longer, cause I would have to part the truck and walk in a ways.
