What House cues should I get?

Is there any made in the USA anymore? Does anyone have any old Huebler house sticks for sale? I've read they are very good?!?!?

I don't remember what your budget is for house cues, but some of the imports like
Players, J&J, etc. in the $100 range are pretty good cues.

I wouldn't worry about shorty's right now, in fact back when I had a table in my
basement we used the butt end of a nine iron, which worked better that a short cue
Hold on to the blade, no chalk, it worked great.

If you find a stash of those old Huebler house cues I may want a few, just to have.

I picked up a couple Valhalla sneakies for my dads table. Compared to what they were playing with, or should I say not playing with before, the. Vikings actually get played.

Depending on how many you can afford get a variety.Everyone who plays will have "their favorite" and will be able to remember & recognize it when they return to play.McDermott Lucky cues about $40.00 & several color styles.a couple Valley Supremes,a couple Players Cues & maybe 1 or 2 Schmelke Sneaky's.None of these are expensive but are good & will last. For the tall uncle you can get 1 or 2 balance rite extensions in 3/8 x10 which will fit the McD's & Schmelke if you order it in 3/8x10 !!!

Do not buy a balance rite extension. There is someone on AZ who builds a similar product that I have seen some positive review about. I have yet to hear anyone have a good experience with a balance rite on this site. I recently purchased 5/16x14 flat face and it would not fit any of the 5 cues or shafts I tried it on. It would either seat to the butt and not shaft or vice versa. I did post this in the product review section, but really don't want another AZ user to experience the frustration.
