I come to you now,
after all of this to tell you,
I am sorry.

It was explained to me as poor forum etiquette to make connections that showcase your work on someone elses thread.

I am truly sorry if I caused you any distress.

It wasn't my intent to showboat or take over or pimp my film,
I just got excited to share the connection that I see within it all,
so I did.

You can see, for all the years I've been a member,
I check the news and I don't post all that often,
but
I'm not one to sit down when being attacked either,
You and JV have posted thousands of times v's my 300 or so.

Do me a favor,
when new people do something stupid,
like I did,
let them know,
with courtesy,
as the elder statesmen of the forum.

If I was some scandalous jerk,
by all means,
"CALL ME OUT"

I am sorry that I let it escalate and I will post this publicly.

Angel,

Phil Dade is one of the classiest members to grace this forum with his presence. Also a person with a heart as big as a planet.

I must say, your apology to Phil has come across as very heartfelt and sincere. Nicely done. And appreciated.

I just tuned in. First, I accept your apology and sent you a PM. Will, thanks for you comments, it means alot to me. Angel, your apology speaks volumes. We were trying ti keep Pookie from making a buying mistake and making suggestions to prevent it.

I understand and of course,
I am happy that there are those here to keep tabs against fraudulent practices.
It's a community and we should watch each others backs.

My only ambition has been to showcase pool/billiards amazing facets,
the good and the bad,
and provide it with a vehicle to sustain itself.
Ultimately, my success is our success...

I have no problem to acknowledge when I've made a mistake-
I've made many and I hope I make many more.

Even my own people have knocked me from time to time, I take it with a grain of salt...

Story:

Every other Monday, a group of 7 better players and myself, would get together for cheap tournament style play at someone's home- players range from 1 Champion to a not so good player (me).
One Monday night I announce,

"I am going to go to the Mosconi Cup and film."

This Champion, who played in the first Mosconi Cup, proceeds to read me the riot act in front of the group, saying:

"What makes me think Matchroom Sport is just going to let me walk in there and film?"

my reply was:
"I will ask"

and I did ask.

I received unfettered access to every Matchroom Event around the world for 2 years.

Admittedly,
for as much as I know,
I know I know nothing
But I do know if I don't ask,
I will remain clueless.

On the forum,
I did not know enough to know what to ask until all of this.

Yet another amazing song I've never heard before!
