Anyone know what brand/model table this is?

I have the opportunity to purchase this as a shelf pull from a reputable source I've bought other merchandise from in the past, but they basically have no information on what kind of table it is.

It's an auction but I can probably get it for a few hundred - excluding cost of shipping and set up, which would be local, so it's sorta negligible cuz I will have to pay that cost regardless.

If it were a more well known brand I might go for it, but since it's a bit of a gamble I'll probably pass on it.
