2015 Verhoeven Open dates:

Have these dates been confirmed? I have not seen these dates posted anywhere else.

They are on the UMB calendar, but I don't see them yet on the USBA calendar.

They are there now.

I'm thinking abut coming in from Colorado, but I've never been to a 3C tournament before. Any notion of how much it will cost to watch? Is it expected to be heavily attended, with so many top players expected?

I've been watching a lot of Kozoom and the thought of seeing some of these guys in person is pretty darned tantalizing.

Very cheap like 15.00 a day

If you come the Saturday before the men's event, you can see the women's event as well. I plan to be there for the duration.

You can get a preview of that level of play watching Blomdahl, Ceulemans, Piedrabuena, Cataño, Avila, Aveiga, Teran, and many others in North Hollywood, CA.

Wow, that IS cheap. Of course amortizing the plane fare over the days of the event ups the daily cost. I happen to be in NY for this week and was over at Bay Shore Billiards on the Island and they had posters advertising Dick Jaspers on July 29th. I asked and they said there would not be any entry fee and he would play people. That is amazing access to a world class competitor of his stature.

I am encouraged to see strong events with room-owner participation, manufacturers, and top-level players. Congratulation to everyone that is putting this together. I wish everyone good luck. Has streamers been contacted for the California event? Maybe Daniel from POV Pool?
