I enjoy reading AZ Billiards a lot of great information, but it does get old after awhile.

Other than AZ and billiard digest are there any other pool or snooker forums to read?

Buy a gold membership and enjoy the splendor of the Gold Mine right here on AZB.
or
Spend no money and get lost in the splendor of the Chicago Billiard Museum.

Unless the accomplishments of pool players truly mean nothing anymore.
And if not, why do we have contests at all?

I have visited a few.....none matches AZ.
Start digging up some of the old AZ posts....some are amazing...
....DaveK brought one up last week from 2006 and I laughed my fool head off....:rotflmao1:

Thank you for all the replies there is a lot of interesting things to read on AZ.

I was just wondering what else is out there a google search doesn't seem to come up with anything worthwhile.

Thank you Spartan that site looks interesting.

onepocket.org is good if you have that interest.

The posters who get banned here usually end up at Jimbo Army.

There are a few at Jimbo's who have been banned here. There are also many who use both forums, I watch both boards and even jump over to OP.org now and then.

To me if its about the game or the equipment I will try and read what I can.

Not so much in either place this last week, from Colorado to NYC and back in seven days. Would have been more fun but we drove:eek:

Yes and plenty of grass to mow. I wish I could have spent more time. But my youngest son is officially and city boy. We helped him move to Stuy town and that includes his cues. I hope he has time to play a little(pool);)

Hey Jim, that's what I call serious multitasking.
If I had your cyber-skills I would be working for Cisco, not wasting my time making those 12" pool cues

I was just there, and they are hiring.
They hate me at Costco

You walk in Costco and you have to show your membership card.
When you check out you give them the card, and when you leave they stop and
check each item on the receipt to make sure one more time that you are on the level.
Either you're wasting their time by trying to bust in to the place without a card, trying
to buy something without a card, and at the end they pretend not to think everybody is stealing.

They hate me at Costco because after they check my receipt, I make them wait
while I check to make sure everything on the receipt is in my cart.
