Colorado State Championship 8,9,10 Ball

Why are they having this and the State games at the same time???
I don't see many Springs or Pueble players... As pool players we seem to shoot ourself in the foot by having both tourney at the same time...
 
Felts probably couldn't get through all 3 events with more players anyway. I expect it to be full 64 entries. I am curious to see how they get all the matches done. I play pretty fast but a lot of guys just stare blankly at the table for 3 or 4 minutes a shot. I know most of these guys have ball control like me so I l know you aren't mapping the whole table runout.

You are right Bud.
Every year I have to decide whether to watch the Super Bowl or the World Curling Championship.
So pool is not alone doing this.

As a side note, I'm happy Felt has the Diamond bar tables, I'll play there more now. Most of the rooms in Denver have switched over thankfully.

I may of overstated that a little.
Oh well, I have an excuse because I had my epidural pain injections this morning, and I'm coming off of anesthesia and pain meds.

Also, If I sold any of those jokers cues, the cues would of been pawned 4-days later, and the j/p's sold off for cheeseburger money

I was there today.
ATM,Melissa Little and Mark Haddad,Bill Skinner and Bill Meacham are playing.
I didn't watch much but I did watch Mark play.
Mark plays smooth as butter with a very soft touch on the bar box.
Very impressive.
Phil The Fin was there with cues and cases.He set up shop on the GC that's in the bar box area and sold 3 cues.A Predator and a Viking.He also sold an Ernie Martinez to ATM.

They have 11 Diamond bar box tables.
By doing it on bar box's they draw a lot of the bar league players.
I know,I know.
Running out 9 ball or 10 ball is way too easy on a bar box.
