None, unless they are made for his pin.

Yes, its an odd sized pin, which is a drawback when it comes time for maintenance. Do you think starting with 3/8-11 (Southwest) tap to re-thread a shaft would work?

For about the first thread then the tap would start cutting out/into existing thread.
The result would be a very undesirable sloppy fit if it held at all.
