Do you enjoy live streaming of Pool Matches..?

How about Tournament matches..?

Do you watch YouTube.

Do you take advantage of free Streaming or Free archival streaming..?

Does your Pool Room show Pool on the big screen or Football. Are they selling football or Pool... yeah, yeah... I know. They're selling beer & booze...

Do you enjoy having the choice to watch Pool n Billiards being Streamed.

Do any of you watch Instructional videos on You Tube..?

I do... & Magoos does show some Pool, but they do show more mainstream stuff

YouTube is a great resource for all level of players to gain knowledge and tune parts of your game.
In my pool room I have 3 screens for training, displaying billiard games with scoring, Skyping with players from around the world, sport games on social evenings and more.

I not only watch videos on YouTube, I also create HD instructional training videos shown on YouTube and manningcues.com under the videos/books tab.
You'll also find a free kicking book on the website.

If you like the book you can join my facebook group: Billiard Forum - Market.
You can download the book under the "more" tab by going to the files.
Download in PDF and enjoy. This makes practising at the pool hall easy.

Thanks Heath for replying.

I'm surprised that many didn't have a comment about Streaming Matches or Streaming info, period.

Hopefully, someday, there will be TV covering major matches & archival footing about the event.

I'm in an organization that will create major streaming to watch & bring to the Pool World some of these great matches to an archival program, for Pool Players everywhere to enjoy, which will include some Instructional material.

One problem that developed in the past week is that many free sites are demanding that ad blockers be removed.

LiveWorldSnooker is less than a buck a week.
Runs at 650kbps, can be a problem if you have a limited download plan.

Major tournaments have two tables streamed.

Picture quality on an HD TV much better than on a computer screen. :D

And you need to become a wiz at converting scheduled times into your local zone. :D

Here is a handy link - look for results of past tournaments, with youtube links to full match videos.

Always glad to give examples of what pool should aspire to be.

Yes I sure do!

How about Tournament matches..?
For sure!
Do you watch YouTube.
All the time. Countless hours of pool matches on there. I watch tons of them.
Do you take advantage of free Streaming or Free archival streaming..?
Yup. One of my favorites is the Turning Stone stream for free!

I generally play at Snookers in RI and Grand China in NH. Snookers usually shows big events like the US Open or DCC on the big screen, or any challenge match involving Mike Dechaine. Grand China occassional shows events, typically when I bring my laptop in and connect it lol. Sometimes people will stream matches from there, just using their phone and Ustream.
Do you enjoy having the choice to watch Pool n Billiards being Streamed.
Absolutely!
Do any of you watch Instructional videos on You Tube..?
Yes. I think Tor Lowrey's videos are pretty good.
I do... & Magoos does show some Pool, but they do show more mainstream stuff

Good Questions!!

I watch some streaming of tournaments. Straight Pool wherever I can find it. Nine ball or ten ball if I know some of the players.

Our pool hall does not stream anything.

I upload matches on youtube.

live streaming

I'm fortunate to watch and be part of
XPC (xtreme pool challenge) here in Fl.
If i can't make it to an event then I'll watch
it "live stream" and if i make it to the tournament
i can have friends n family watch . XPC will also
make a dvd of my match if i'm on one of the
5 tables that they stream. I believe that "live stream"
is the future for pool w all the different venues out there
it gives us the option to watch n hear about people n players
N pool rooms that we're not familiar with. I think as players n
spectators we need to thank all of the people that put out a live
stream for us to watch from wherever n i hope you encourage
your pool room owners to show the events. Help support all the
"LIVE STREAM" n let them know you're watching.

Streaming LIVE matches is the next best thing to being there. Watching a big sports event on TV is 100 times better, than being in a noisy stadium. Live in that way, doesn't do it for me....

Live streaming is a boon to folks that can't do the 1500 miles & 4 days tournament thing.

Excited Spectators can still enjoy the excitement as it happens.

Students of the game can enjoy the archived footage, so that maybe, just maybe something can be learned, for future use.....

We plan to encourage every Pool Room in America, to take advantage of Live Streaming & Archived Matches too. Obviously there will also be some first rate Instruction going on too.

Get your buddies to chime in here, we need to hear what you want, so that we can insure that you get what you want....

I watch all the streaming I can at home. No pool room here streams anything. I've started in the last six months of trying to right down one or two things to really concentrate on when I watch the stream. Last stream I watched was big truck, tx open. Jeremy Jones said something about how almost all people he teaches have to fast a back swing so I intensely zoomed in on backswings all stream to see how better plays play. I realized that I had way to fast a backswing. Next week truck will have an 8 ball stream and my point will be to study all the breaks, racking etc... Love streams, love youtube and instructional dvds...one of these days hopefully all this learning will come together ! :)

Do you folks think your Pool Rooms, sport bars would stream Pool Matches, Tournament Matches & so on, if it were free to them...?
