★ world 9 ball championship ★ qatar★

BTW, here's Ignacio's rack - not subtle. He alternated at least two balls in each rack so he was technically not using the same pattern every time.

Here are all of Ignacio's racks, in order. Are you okay or not okay with this?

EDIT: See below post, I forgot to update rack 6.

Interesting , I see 1,9,2,3 all same in all racks except in 1 rack the 2 red and 3 pink are switched

All he does to "change" them is switch the 7 and 8's position, the 5 and 6, and the 3 and 4. They're all in the same exact row in every rack. On some Dennis Orcollo shit.

No one else in the tournament has done this. He has a massive amount of talent and one of my favorites, why do this? Especially on such a grand scale. Orcollo is no exception either but when he does it, it's in a small nobody cares type of tournament, but the World 9 Ball Championship?! Should be a disqualification. There are no rules against it so nothing will happen.

HA HA in rack 5 and 6 he didn't even BOTHER to switch any balls, they are blatantly the same exact racks. And FINALLY when Klatt made a complaint, look at his final rack where he moves the 7 to the 3rd row, which he hasn't done since the entire match started. All he did was switch the 6 and 7 ball. Disgusting. You would think that after someone has pointed out that you're pattern racking that you would make a completely different rack than the ones before.

My mistake. This is what rack 6 looked like:

If anything it shows impressive memory for him to make these minor adjustments each time.

Interesting, thanks for doing that.

edit: It would also be interesting to see the spread after the break. (hint hint ;) )

As long as refs and TD's let ONE get away with it, I don't blame the players for trying to keep the match even. I'm still waiting for the promoter, TD, or ref that catches them doing something while racking and sends their asses home. Why not? Because they don't give a $hit. Johnnyt

Do you have Shane's racks or MDs

So Ignacio might have been especially blatant... but we might find that most players are playing similar games. Here are Shane's racks in his first match. 2 is in the back and 3 is on the left side every time.

Klatt complained about Ignacio, but he put the 2 ball in the back and the 3 ball on the left corner on every single rack in that match.

Not even close to the same...

I always put the two in the back also because most tourneys require it to reduce the ability to control with a soft break.

Every other ball there is random, you can't even compare the two matches, Jeff's racks are completely and obviously pattern racked...

the world chumpionships !!

This is the last one I'll do... Here are Klatt's racks. I'm not sure he has the right to complain about Ignacio when he's pattern racking the 2, 3, 7 and 8 himself. Ignacio is clearly on another level but the practical impact of this versus Ignacio's can't be much different.

It also helps that if you crush it instead of bird breaking the 2 goes 1 rail down table with the 1 ball.
