This is not meant to be divisive or incite negativity. I like pool, Im like SVB. Here's SVB giving KO the royal finger. I guess he was frustrated by KO's pace or something. I thought it was hysterical hahaha

It looks like he's looking at someone else.

Maybe he's just acknowledging who's really number one.
 
and call me old school, but I prefer Ko brush his hair BACKWARDS, not forwards.....:grin-square:

Why could SVB not be flipping someone in the crowd off? Maybe one of his friends was ribbing him and he flipped him off instead? I am not convinced that it is directed at his opponent in the picture is all.
 
People see what they want to see. I looked at this for twenty minutes before I determined what it was you were talking about.

I see his hand curled completely perpendicular to what it would be if for it to be flipping someone off. The color change between what is definitely his hand and what you think is his middle finger is also telling. It looks like a very blurry area of the photo and nothing more.

I hardly ever agree with you, but I will on this one. It's not his finger at all. Just a blurry photo.
 
This Ko guy drives me nuts with the slow play and endless air strokes. I can't watch him play for more than a minute or two.
 
I was suspicious then I saw the video and he really did flip him, you can clearly see it even in his body language he was annoyed by the meditation that Ko Pin does prior to breaking, you can see the racks before that too, Ko Pin kinda stands still and swings his cue back and forth just like he's meditating or something, then he goes down to break, and you can read Shane's body language that it was annoying him, and he flipped him.

but thats ok, I still love both players :D who cares, people sometimes snap, we all snap.

Thanks, I'm attempting a kinder gentler, but still cold heart.

I watched it a few times after the video was posted. I have it on my HD projector and while I now can't say it isn't a bird, I definitely can't say it is, either.

SVB's posture seems like it normally does to me, he always looks aloof when seated.

I would like to think that it is him flashing a thumb for some reason (the gesture still doesn't look like his hand turns enough to be flipping).

that "middle finger" looks whiter than other fingers so it is either a photoshopped finger or he is playing with chalk
Whatever it is I would give him benefit of doubt

Have a watch of the video. Pretty confident that SVB is giving him the bird.
