I just did a Deal in which I Sold 11 Tru Balance Cues to this guy. He Paid me and I shipped.

When he got the cues he started making claims that I didn't send All the Cue's (I offered to send another one I had) and that they were Damaged and was going to File a Claim through PayPal.

As everyone knows it is His word against mine and he Basically had me by the Balls!

There was little to No Profit from me selling the cues and would have compounded the Problem and Cost and he may not have shipped Back at All.

We agreed to a $125 Partial refund that he tried to get me to send Friend and Family (I did NOT). I Issued the refund.

I WANT TO WARN YOU WHEN DEALING WITH THIS GUY TO CROSS YOUR MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT AND HE CAN'T GET YOU IN ANY WAY!

HE SPOKE ABOUT PAYPAL CLAIMS LIKE A BATTING AVERAGEAND EVEN AFTER I ISSUED THE REFUND CONTINUED TEXTING ME WITH MEAN AND RUDE MESSAGES.

Zack is a great guy. No issues with him.

I would have told him to send them back and pound salt and gave him his money back.

Weird stuff going on here, if you google the number shown on the phone screen capture (2strong4u's number, we'd presume), one of the first results is a visitor message on AZB. It is member takeitdown posting his number in relation to a lathe for sale.

Seeing as how the insults on the phone are exactly like ones made to me in a thread I can find here, it appears that 2strong4u has two profiles.

Considering how proud he is about his credit card fraud, I can't imagine a good reason for the two profiles.

It's the same phone number???

It's not difficult to map out IP addresses, MAC addresses, subnets etc to find out via admins but who knows how that'll go.

The same phone number also belongs to AzB user "dbldown".
 
Firstly, it can be no surprise 2s4u would be involved in something contentious, given his posting history (not taking sides, just seemed a bit of a dick to me), and secondly, the ease in which people can be traced on the internet is a very good reason for maintaining anonymity.
 
Wow. This is not a good thing. Another reason that the old school avatar wielding forum does not work these days. I'm on here last other than eBay and FB first.

There's got to be something weird going on. I just searched my iPhone and I bought two Titlist house cues from one of these user names in June and didn't have any issues.

I'm going to check on my Mac to see what username. I was on a bachelor party trip in Key West so no wonder why I didn't remember what user name it was. Lol.

How far do some people go over a few dollars? Even if this guy did receive damage goods, I wouldn't be sorry for him just because of his demeanor

If wasn't 2strong4u, it is odd. The insults posted by the OP are pretty much identical to the ones 2s4u spewed at me in a gambling thread. Betting tax returns, spotting me a bunch of money, giving guys like me the 7 at life...

He also claimed in that thread to be from Oregon...

2 are cracked through the handles and would explode on a lathe.
Only 1 cue rolls even near straight. You said 6 were straight.
I requested to return them all for a refund. We decided to have you credit me 125 of my purchase price.

Then you texted me and said I'm poor and uneducated. You are a fool if you think I'm gonna take that abuse after the lot of firewood you sold me.

If you were standing next to me I promise you wouldn't be so bold.

Now I'm gonna chargeback you and let this be settled by my credit card company. That's how I handle trash like you.

You really just came on here and said that? Send him his cues back when you do a chargeback too. You won't be here much longer with any of your alias' you use now.
