When he got the cues he started making claims that I didn't send All the Cue's (I offered to send another one I had) and that they were Damaged and was going to File a Claim through PayPal.

There was little to No Profit from me selling the cues and would have compounded the Problem and Cost and he may not have shipped Back at All.

We agreed to a $125 Partial refund that he tried to get me to send Friend and Family (I did NOT). I Issued the refund.

I WANT TO WARN YOU WHEN DEALING WITH THIS GUY TO CROSS YOUR MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT AND HE CAN'T GET YOU IN ANY WAY!

HE SPOKE ABOUT PAYPAL CLAIMS LIKE A BATTING AVERAGEAND EVEN AFTER I ISSUED THE REFUND CONTINUED TEXTING ME WITH MEAN AND RUDE MESSAGES.

You don't deny you sent me 2 cracked cues? That one 1 rolled even close to straight? And you only sent 10 and agreed you must have just forgotten 1?

You are the reason nobody should ever buy without using a credit card. You absolutely dumped on me.

Come and get me here...makes no difference to me either way.

Both need to take a step back and figure this misunderstanding about the cues, conditions of them, quantities etc.

Such a dumb thing to be fighting about IMHO. You guys can have an Internet fight all day and both will look like dumbasses, trust me been there, won them but you still lose. This should be simple to figure out.

Zack is a good guy I know personally and apparently we've done a deal and no issues.


However, Brian what's the deal with all the aliases? That's the most concerning to me as a seller and buyer.

Since my banning is eminent here's another great story.

A few years and 20 screen names ago I bought a shaft from user Hangenhigh. It was another dump job, totally incorrect shaft. I told Wilson about it and he told me he couldn't help me. I did chargeback, was refunded and returned the shaft.

In the next few weeks Hangenhigh went on to rob several prominent cue collectors or 3 or 4 high end customs sling with a few dozen guys who ordered custom shafts made in the old McDaniel shop under CASH cues. Search the username...gospel truth.

Then I outed Wilson and guess what? I got banned for life. Never robbed a soul here. You can bank on that. This thread will disappear. Wilson always covers his tracks.

I remember when master9baller got banned, and it was really just for being dick, not a crook.
You have to be a major dickhead to get banned from AZ Billiards...just for being a dick.

Pretty damn funny coming from somebody with a fargo rating of 580. Soooo scared, apapro... bahahaha.

I swear, the level of play of some of you pro keyboard guys is absolutely amazing when the truth comes out. Feel free to fly your pro butt out to our bca regional in a couple weeks and I'll have you emptied out by apa players in the first night.
