Yes it is. He answered on his FB page this question. The moved balls still have to be pocketed in numerical order in the original pocket.

First off - GREAT RUN!

Center pocket on both the 6 and the 7 were amazing feats. Tough roll getting hooked on the 9 - looked like you could have banked the 9 had the 8 dropped.
