I haven't said that at all, but blaming Dechaine for Woodward's mistakes is dumb. You've used two examples of Dechaine talking Woodward into doing something he didn't want to... and they were both misremembered on your part.

Both players made errors in that match. The commentary team blaming Dechaine for Woodward's was all I disagreed with.
 
Just when Shane starts shooting well for the first time at this event, this dagger to the heart occurs.

I watched the entire match. It always seemed as if MD was trying to give Skylar advice, or talk him down when they were in the chair. Or motivate him. Mike is perhaps the weakest player on the team, in terms of his mental game, so I find it funny that he was offering Skylar advice. I think the commentary team was of the same attitude.
 
Maybe it is just me but on that last break, did the 2 balls behind the one look loose? Perhaps it is the overhead shot and one of them being the 6. However when I saw it at first glance, I thought watch the 9 go and it did albeit via a kick.
 
In reflecting on the Mosconi Cup thus far, I think it's really great that this year I have not seen one single sponsor patch hanging off a team member's shirt.

This totally sucks to lose this way... but Shane's reaction was kind of comical. He merely blinked when he saw the nine drop.

I think they should! They did exactly that last year! If Darren Appleton wins now, they will force the attendees to come tomorrow for possibly only 1 match! Ok, "force" might be a wrong word selection, but you get how I mean it!
