Depends on how close the cb is to the ob I have to jump over. If I need a lot of elevation right away, I use the dart stroke.
any good player will use both depending on the demands of the shot. Can a mod please delete this horrible poll.
Somebody rolled to the wrong side of the ball this morning.
your poll makes no sense.
hence the reason there's 74 view and 7 votes.

Title says it all - when you're jumping a ball what stroke do you tend to use?
That's not fair and it definitely shouldn't be deleted.
I almost never see pros use a dart stroke, but I see lots of league players using it. I think that's because it's easier to get over the ball with a dart stroke but harder to aim with it.
For example, there were how many jumps during the Mosconi Cup, about 10? And I don't think a single one used a dart stroke. That doesn't sound like using them both but for different situations. For whatever reason - I think because of the difficulty in aiming - almost no pros use a dart stroke.
Yup. Has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that it's only been for just short of two hours.
Back under your rock Randal. Back to your rock.
It's easier to aim with a dart stroke. Pros do use them. Depends on how they feel.
Both are necessary. But the requirement to use a dart stroke doesn't come up nearly as often as a regular jump. What do you guys think, maybe 1 out of 10 jumps shots gets the dart stroke?
IMO, the limitations of the dart stroke frequently make the kick a better option.....or else the percentage may be higher.
