Need help: About import tax on pool cue !!!

Hi all,
Can someone tell me if we have to pay an import tax for pool cues or shafts bought from outside the US ? For example from Longoni in Italy or Mushasi in Japan.
If yes, how much ?
With the condition that the company that sell them declare full value of the cues and declare that you buy the cue - no "gift"

I don't believe we do. That's why our postage is so high. We do this get hit with import tax, but if we were shipping to another country they would get hit with a tax.

I don't believe any thing under 250 is taxed .

If you declare it for over that I think you will have to pay tax.

You could just ship it to your self a don't insure for over 250....

All billiards items except cloth are duty free.
