Well considering the question asked, I have always wanted a dream cue done by Richard Black. I have been wanting a cue of his since my college days. And that goes back to the mid 80's. So Richard would be my first choice.
But I also have always loved the quality and design style of Ernie G. Keith Josey has a great unique style that I also love. And the quality work of Thomas Wayne and Paul Drexler are also on my serious want list.
In the last couple of years I have come up with a cue set design idea that I really want to have produced. The set would be 2 player cues with different joints, a break cue, a jump cue, a masse cue, and a bridge cue. And all the cues would be based on the same base design which would be a modern take of the Brunswick 360 and built around my favorite combination of woods and inlay materials. Most likely I would have the whole set made by Jacoby as one of my best friends has had a strong relationship with Jacoby and I have seen them deliver over 2 dozen custom orders for my friend over the years. And they hit each cue out of the ball park on each design and quality of execution.
So when I finally find myself in a position to order my own custom cue(s) I know what I will have done, and know that Jacoby will be able to deliver what I want, and it will be done within my financial budget. And I will be happy with the finished product.
