Need help with a purchase I made on AZ

This is a very interesting thread. One thing is for sure...pimping used cues ain't always easy, especially a lower priced cue with issues.

It seems like sometimes when you tell the buyer there are some issues and that's why it's priced low, it can turn into a nitpicking session once received. If you sell a cheap cue at a decent deal, you are opening yourself up to some buyers out there who for some reason expect "perfect" for "cheap". Seems like common sense would prevail when something's cheap, it won't be perfect.

I have had a few deals go haywire this last year and they were both over cheap items and nitty buyers. I always describe every issue known with a cue or case. It's almost always best to suck it up and accept a return.

Everyone keeps everyone in check....and I never figured you were dishonest to begin with.

Thanks MM. Friends don't let friends ...
Screwing/fibbing to PP is not right. It's a business and great service. Gifting a sale is wrong. If someone has the ass for PP simply don't use them. When I needed recourse from them I got 100% of it. For now I'm a loyal PP account and highly recommend them.

I hate seeing these threads. Rather read about a sale that met the buyers expectations and loved the item. A persons reputation is everything. It's good or bad. No in between.

Take this sentiment to the illegal gambling forum here and see how they feel about gifting.:rotflmao1:

Don't cheat on your taxes either, the government earned your money fair and square.

I have a no questions asked return policy ....................
There is a time limit, but if someone doesnt like what they bought from me then simply call me, tell me its on its way back.
And upon inspection I will give a prompt full refund.................

No Drama transactions and good photos go along ways on all used cues ................................

As do I. If its not the best chalk you ever used return it and i pay all postage, both ways. No questions asked.

Update. Yes I did re sell the cue. I also listed every picture and everything wrong with the cue and made sure the buyer understood that. Accepted the $35 from Marc and sold the cue for $200. Got back what I paid for it. I wasn't nitpicking, Marc accepted my offer and sent me a cue that was in poor condition. Yeah it does it job and some may not refinish it but I didn't know I had to be apart of that crew . If I buy something in good condition it should be in that exact condition. Couple dings, dings in the shaft is good condition but still rolls straight. Excellent to me is 1 or 2 minor dings. I don't think I was being unreasonable and yes I learned a lesson about paying with the gift option. I'm done dealing with Marc and will never send gifted payments to anyone and will never buy anything from Marc don't care if it's a 50¢ tip. Thanks to all that helped. I thought Marc's response was just covering ass time he never mentioned 95% of anything he stated to me
