My buddy in Wisconsin beat him before playing in the Cheesehead Classic. He's rated as a Master and has a Fargo of around 700.
He's not an elite player....I had him beat at Derby and I'm Mickey Mouse with a day job.
Canadians are Superior and we dont have Trump, Palin or Dechaine!!:grin-square:
Didn't Morra recently beat Oscar in a money match? (And this is coming from someone who highly respects Oscar as a person and his game)
Was a snoooooozer... they both fell asleep as it happened... As far as their TPA scores they are close to identical....... Similar games where all they do is win.... All I can say if you open a thread up like this and aren't backing Morra you need to STFU and not post until you flipped enough burgers to do so.....
Guys that lived in America for umpteen years he can't beat:
DAZ - Not applicable
TOASTY - Not applicable
Shaw - Not applicable
In my estimate of the all the American's he probably doesn't want to play 1. 5-10 that are a push. Plus 1 Canadian (Alex P).

Everybody knows he's a third tier pro. He's doing what he likes and works hard at his craft. He's out there playing pool constantly. I don't know if he will every be considered on of the elites, but he puts in as much work as anybody in the game.
3rd tier? I would say 2nd. John is able to win any tournament in the world. He's consistently towards the top.
If the Mosconi cup were continent vs continent instead on country vs continent, Morra would be on the US team for sure.
I like how you don't accept Toasty, Shaw and Daz as US players but are fine with having Alex as a Canadian.

And the fact that in any tournament where he will be announced, he always indicates to say that he is a Canadian.Alex IS a Canadian.....got a passport that says so.
I can guarantee that I won't lose to John.
Nah, he just wouldn't play himShane? lol
