edit: I just googled Steve Caballero and that doesn't look anything like him, even if it were a fake beard!

At first glance I thought it was Steve, look harder.. steve is not as old as the guy in photos.. steve is not 100% gray/white either.
Their is a lot of off the wall sk8ers. You'll never know what you'll see next with skateboards... pufffft! You guys thought pool players had some odd ideas....

This man on the photo is in the middle of a jump/spin so faces can get a little distorted.
It is Cab... the oxygen tank and tubes have been photoshopped as well as some elements in the background like BlackBalled mentioned. I beleive the white in his bear is shopped as well.
