They all use CTE. Prove me wrong.
I see you post lots of info on FB about CTE, I have not had a chance to review it all but it is greatly appreciated.
They all use CTE. Prove me wrong.
Mister White... *sigh*Well, with this post, at least we can be sure which group you belong to.
More to the point, though, when you say you understand the system what exactly are you talking about? Everybody understands the a,b,c's of lining up for a shot and hitting it, but it seems to be a mystery to all CTE supporters, and I suspect even to Stan, about how it actually works.
The skeptics understand that the gaps in CTE are filled in by a player's experience. "CTE Pro1 GFY" cult members dispute this yet at the same time are unable to present a plausible explanation. The closest thing I've gotten is that the rails and pockets cause an optical illusion that makes a visual appear to be the same all the time yet yield different shot results. I'm not buying that, sorry.
So, since you understand how CTE works, do you care to enlighten the rest of us?
Your logic is impeccable.Plenty of us understand the system. It's been explained in numerous ways and there are still some that don't understand.
That can only mean one of two things.
A. Those who understand are more intelligent
B. Those who understand are less intelligent
If A is true, then will those that still dont understand, admit they lack the intelligence to understand the system?
If B is true, then why would those who don't understand wish to lower their intelligence in order to understand a system which they have no interest in using?
Mister White... *sigh*
I have watched you ask this same question over and over in various ways.
Some poor soul usually gets suckered into 'trying to enlighten you'.
And then you turn right around with another question, another challenge, another this, another that, another what if, etc.etc.
It tells me that you are not interested really in understanding CTE, using CTE, or really giving a flip about CTE..............................you just want to practice your debating skills (which are pretty good) and be a crusader for a cause that you're OCD about
Given all that, why would anyone in their right mind try to convince you or explain to you anything additional about the process?
Your mediocre efforts at twisted ridicule only indicate (to me at least) that you are still lost in the past. And yet, no matter how many times I ask and in how many different ways, nobody give me an answer. Isn't that odd? Why don't you answer the question instead of just watching me ask it. I'm not convinced you know what the question is, actually. The only attempt at an answer was mohrt theorizing that the table fools your eyes depending on where they are on the table. Do you believe that happens?
re: bold... No, it's pretty much always the same question, unanswered to this day and for the last 20 years. I see you've graduated to one of my favorite answers (the part in blue). This can be translated to something like, "I know the answer but I just don't feel like telling you." It's a corollary of "Nah nah nah" and "I'm telling mommy on you"!![]()

I guess that's okay to live in the past, but I myself prefer to fly by a multi-engine airliner rather than ride a Greyhound bus. (that's a metaphor, by the way,.... for the unwashed masses in Rio Linda)

Did you like Fly By Night over Limelight?Just a little Friday evening humor. Of course, as you probably know, Rush says the best humor is based in fact.

You sure have a way of putting words into people's mouths. Let me rephrase that for you. As for the WHY: My understanding is, our perception (eyes, brain) looking at a pool table (2x1 pockets at 90s) with two spheres (balls), there is a perception phenomena that happens such that when we put our eyes in the correct offset from the balls, we can see a center cueball that is the solution to pocketing the ball. It is consistent and repeatable. This isn't something we first have to make up and then trick ourselves into believing. Rather, the phenomena exists and is there, and it is only a matter of identifying it and observing it.
You keep saying no one can explain why it works, and that is your question all along. Actually this goes deeper for you specifically: as you have stated you are not able to make it work. So it is the WHY first, and HOW later, for you. For many of us the HOW is already understood.
Actually, you only have a perception of how it works, not how it works....big difference.
One can have a perception of how a car works and be totally wrong about how it really works.
Optical Illusion ........i.e. What you think you are seeing isn't real.......your vision is being fooled.
It just users of CTE don't know this is what is happening. It's a visual illusion that is manifested in ones mind.
If it was real.....it could be explained like how a car works and not rely on preceptions.

Does it say anywhere in there that Rodney said he uses CTE? No it says he was shown some CTE by Stevie and got pointed in the right direction.
Now one can INFER from that that Rodney was using some elements of CTE that led him to talk about it when detailing his accomplishment.
I made the headline of Rodney beats ghost using CTE to get the conversation started.
Then he stopped using it ?I was shown a better way to aim. That's why I'm hitting em a lot better. Stevie Moore showed me a little about CTE Pro1. Center to Edge got me started in the right direction, and I'm practicing that for awhile now. Pretty neat"
Just making this claim does not make it true. I understand that you don't care how it works and that's fine with me. What's not fine is someone making a buck off people who don't know any better by making claims that have not been proven. And, again, just saying something does not constitute proof.
