Wow Dennis is playing my friend right now

For the record, Dennis and I have played many times for dinner and such at my house and he gives me 9-6 and the break. He usually wins but I probably win one out of four games, if I can lay down a good break and beat him to the first shot. Pookie probably plays better than me. That's how we arrived at 10-6. Maybe 10-6, 11-6 on Dennis' break is a better game. 12-6 is a huge spot against a good player. I'd rather have that game than 9-6 and the break. It's hard to get 12 with all the balls down table and that's the strategy I'd use.

Efren in his prime tried to give a 70 year old Little Al 11-5 and didn't do so well. Too much weight for even the greatest to overcome. He also tried to give Las Vegas Toby 9-6 and got roasted. Big spots are fine against mediocre players. If this guy Daniel can play at all then 20-3 will work against Dennis. Even the strongest horse can get bogged down with too much weight.
I know for a fact that pookie is working a 60 hr a week job and has not played serious pool in years.

Meanwhile, Dennis plays full time and is in dead punch!

You play consistently and stay in game shape during retirement. Pookie is working and it is not a fair comparison. Just my humble opinion.

I commend you on recognizing the talent in the pookster. He has a ton of heart and fight in the young warrior.

10 to 6 offer speaks volumes!

Pookie issued the challenge at 12-6 for 5 bags. Of course DO is
going to come back with less weight ( if he did ). I only saw a
post from Jay. Pookie must be ready to play if DO had said
he would play, otherwise, why offer the game?
I understand your point about not being in action, but he
said he would play 12-6. I assume he men't at least this month as DO
is off to the freezer match in early March.
Hope they get it on.

Pookie knows one pocket theory on par with the best in the world!

Only way you will beat him is on execution! He ain't playing and orcollo spells execution breakfast lunch and dinner!

At 12 to 6 he could play real conservative and "Trump" his opponent for command of the oval office!

Yes, pun intended! With a little Russian assistance of course.

Lol

Lol.Pun accepted! You play good 1 hole. You must know that when playing a world
champ, you must play aggressive or he will run over you. The mighty TOM-TOM
goes by this rule....I stole it from him...shhh...don't tell.
10-6 vs 12-6, not much difference to a world champ.
Love to see the match.

What fun is it? If you can't stir the pot, sort of speak!

Keith's nostrils are open, even though DO is a world champ and Keith hasn't picked up a cue in years. If the best one-hole player in Virginia gets 20 to 5, maybe DO can give Keith a fair game.

Personally, I'm not excited about this match-up. There's easier games to play for Keith than this cat.

From what I have heard through the grapevine , I'm not sure any spot will be fair for Keith, but we shall see. Let's see what happens. I will be reaching out to DO's Virginia handlers. I'll keep you posted.

ETA: We like First Break as the venue.

That is my Keith!

Can't help but to salivate at the sound of 12 to 5 and 13 to 6. Just like pavlov's dog. These spots are insane. But, he has yet to book a loser! Against, top local players! Players in game shape and in stroke on the table of their choice! Like Dorothea said "there is no place like home" only orcollo had the rubie slippers!

You should get a part of the gate!

Every pool room he has played at has had a full house! One of the owners could be dangling the carrot for the match at their room.

You never know? What I do know is that Keith will play his best and get excited about pool and competition. He is a warrior and the fight is very important to us warriors. Nothing worse than losing face 😄 and a poor showing. Talk about something getting his goat 🐐. He is still upset with all the efren press over the years.

One thing for sure ,, there is no one going to sneak up and steal a spot on this group ,
They are well connected with area players , They know how Daniel plays they Know how Pooky plays ,, just like they knew how Ilir and Paul played
We can kick the can and stir the pot all we want but it's not going to change a thing

Llir and Paul both chocked. Paul I saw first hand. Llir admitted he chocked.

Nothing to do with the game negotiations and spot.

They have made winners but were 60/40 the worse in the game. Won because of opponents discomfort and stage fright.

Dennis makes a living traveling around and giving people games they think they have a chance to win at... and winning?

He is a beast. We knew that, but do we know what that means?

I sent a request to Team Dennis. Time will tell whether we can make something happen. Tick tock, tick tock. :D

The game is on! Daniel up 2-0 in race to 5. Time will tell, but Dennis may be in a dogfight.

I'm out of the loop, I guess. :embarrassed2:

Would somebody tell me who Daniel is?
