My PPV don't work at all like WTF...stinks to request refunds. I just want to see the pool
Post it on the main page too, so others don't go through this.

This is screwed up. Mine has been stopping and starting every few minutes since 8:15 central time, it's almost 10pm now. Screen shows ~ hlsjs: Network error ~
Mine was good for a few hours, then started freezing a couple times but came back. Then since 9 central, nothing.

Huge SHOUTOUT to Shannon Daulton for coming and sharing some knowledge on commentary with JJ tonight! Those two in the booth is something special might be the best One Pocket commentary i have ever heard.

I had this Network error for about 30 minutes until I gave up & went to bed. And yes, my daughter came over, turned it, rebooted it, cleared some cookies or cakes or something, begged and cursed to no avail, all I did was curse. I don't care if y'all give me a refund or not, but I won't buy another stream!
Sorry for any inconvenience unfortunately the PPV service provider had a some type of issue and the stream was down for a few minutes.
PoolAtionTV does about 25 to 30 PPV shows every year and having the stream go down like that is very rare i can't even remember the the last time it happened like that.
If your not happy with what you paid for all you have to do to get a refund is shoot Helpdesk a message and give him your user name and he will take care of that.
