Ceebee..It wasn't Tyler...it was Terrell TX...much closer to Dallas. I've spent many an hour at Spetty and Leroy's pool hall. What a great place! It was featured in Billiards Digest one year! Spetty is back posting here occasionally. Maybe she will see this thread and drop in!

Here are some pics of the Petty Pool Hall in & around Tyler, TX. Sadly to say it's no longer open.

Susan also had a large ward room upstairs, so us overnighters had a place to stay. It was a great place to go.

I think this is my favourite room so far, I think you've captured the modern/classic style perfectly!

I wouldn't add too many decorations in all honesty, some yes, but the minimalist look is really good!
