Help....who made this cue?

My friend traded for a few cues at Vegas BCA...One was a old Predator and the other was a cue he doesn't know who made it..
It's the black cue in picture...
Anyone know???? The cue is brand new..

He recently retired. He definitely made some nice cues. Most of his are wrapless.
