Who made it?

I think it is 5/16 14

Don't be too sure on any of the sagacious guesses. Hard to tell.

5/16 X 14 does eliminate some suspects. It's not an early Palmer or Paradise. On the other hand, I'm not convinced on any of the other guesses. I don't remember too many if any, Vikings, without a bumper. As for Meyer and Fedunka, possible, but it's not sure. I don't think it's an early Mali.

All the best, for unsure,

All of the earliest Viking cues were bumperless AFAIK. I can show you a 66/67 I have. Never had a bumper.

i love how we all indiana jones on old cues and such.....the game does have such a wonderful history.....somethings and people forgotten and it just takes one person to have a flash back or discovery....

shouldn't we all have somekinda scout patch

Oh yeah.

Cue archaeology. :)

Sometimes a turd turns out to be a treasure or a treasure turns out to be a turd. :D

Great fun!

You could be right Doc. However, I remember those early Viking cues having the old Lucite ferrule, rather than what this appears to be. This is definitely something else, though could have been a replacement.

Yup. Nothing is exactly right about it for early Viking as far as i can see. Just close.

There have been several suggestions in the right neighborhood I think.

We do have to consider that a ferrule could be replaced.
