No the person you lambasted was asking the question and You and Trent went off the rails.

I thought you were done posting here.

Ignoring the Mechanics list?? that list is controlled by AZB....

So from what I am gathering if you are not on this list then you are not able to work on tables or more importantly post here. So there are hundreds of people that visit this forum that are useless individuals.

I think I understand now.

You asked what the qualifications were, just enlightening you to the forum.

Trent from Toledo

p.s. it is a sub forum for people to ask mechanics questions and for mechanics to chat with other mechanics. You seem pretty smart. I know you understand.

Oh, a question about the mechanics list, ok....what's your question??

If YOU are not on that list, what does that say about you? Any other questions.

I think it means you are not a recognized MECHANIC. Being that this is the MECHANICS sub forum of AZB, that would mean you either have questions for mechanics or you dont really need to post in here. There are MANY other sections of AZB....

Trent from Toledo<<--- WORKED VERY HARD TO BE ON THAT LIST. Still working hard and LEARNING to better my skill set all the time.

Glen, I can assure you there are many that could care less about that list. But, I did ask a question that you answered with another question so I will ask again. If you are not on that list are you an imbecile?

And further more I have a better question and a much better solution to all the issues regarding this forum. If you are not on this list then you have no right in this forum correct? Then make this sub-forum specific to this list. Approved only by AZ management.

Problem solved. No need for a mod and no further arguments.

Then you can all talk about left handed Framastats and Nomads to your hearts content.

Sir, I'm not understanding your request, are you asking a question about a pool table?

ASK A MECHANIC> That means exactly what it says. Pretty simple. You are just trying to argue around the actual purpose of the forum.

English is not your native language I understand. I appreciate the Sir and I appreciate the respect.

The question of the day is. I have watched individuals (probably not on the approved list) recover rails without putting a fold on the side pocket. Can you please demonstrate how this can be done. Furthermore if you decide to use this advanced method does the grain of the felt actually matter?

Sir, that's more than 1 question, and I have no idea what pool tables you're refering to, can you be more specific please!

Do you not understand me, English is my only language, but if you fail to understand what I'm saying, I'd suggest you get a translator so you don't misunderstand what I'm telling you, get back to me when you have one ready

So a derogatory response.

Let me try another one.

On a GCV. The manual makes no mention of the torque specification of the frame cross member bolts. Do you know what they should be? In addition I have found the leg leveling threaded studs to not always thread into the pedestals cleanly. Meaning you have to work them in before you decide to carry on with the remainder of the assembly. Obviously you would like these to rotate without much restriction. Do you have a means of cleaning the threads up. Also do you recommend lubricating the studs. If so what would you recommend.

That's several questions it seems to me, I'd suggest calling Brunswick directly and ask their mechanics directly, do you need their phone number?
