TEXAS Governor Reopening- will this include POOL HALLS?

Governor is apprently opening Texas, sure soon the News Media will report all details.
I trust one of you two einsteins will be monitoring TX COVID-19 data?

Pretty much common sense because if they open it's going to be slow and the essential businesses are going to be the first to open.
Pool rooms are the very bottom of every city's list because here in California all business licenses are the same except "billiards room" and bars and bars need liquor license as well.
Pool halls have a different license probably dating to back when pool halls were on every corner so you need special licensing to open one up. They will be last on the list with bowling alleys.

Essential businesses are open already, this is about non-essential, and it is very possible that some places with pool tables will be reopened like parks. The states relaxing are either at full saturation or are seemingly using the data from states that are. While I think everything should reopen now, it's not great for those lower saturation states.
One thing is for sure, I don't know what quarantine means anymore. I always thought the basic idea of it was to buy time to find a vaccine/cure. Then a month ago I read it is to isolate and basically hope a disease vanishes. Now, it seems purely capitalist as I've been reading for days that this "quarantine" is just to help increase testing results and not to actually save or help anyone, just $$$ on the quantity of test kits.
It's worrying to me. Ask yourself this: Knowing the development of the vaccine will cost big pharma a ton of money in research that they couldn't recoup do to ethics, so wouldn't the huge price tag on test kits be much more profitable?
Anyplace reopening at this time is pretty stupid. As much as it sucks, there still isn't any grasp on this thing yet
It's not even a flu. It only gives out flu like symptoms.
They it's a virus similar to HIV with flu-like symptons and I don't know what that means. It's similar to HIV but it's not AIDS.

Jefferson Parish, in Louisiana, might be allowing all businesses to reopen on the 30th. Orleans Parish is right next door, and they have extended the lockdown until the 16th of May.
Where in Texas?
Well if the Governor of the Gret State of Texas allows Bars, Resturants, Pool Rooms to open. No one has to go unless mommy & dddy are forcing their under age minor children, who they have the power to order around until they are legal age, or emancipated.
The rest of you who are of age aka adults, can excersise something called free will, go if you wish, stay homel F you wish, or were you feel safe until you decide you can leave home, tree house, or were you live.
If Texas was home count me in on being one of the first to go play pool.
