I don't know of any pool book that is available as audio only. Good pool books have diagrams.
Kindle has a text-to-speech feature. I don't know how well it is implemented.
If you have a PDF you want to hear, Adobe Acrobat has a text-to-speech feature that generates amusing, bad, robotic speech that is generally understandable.
If you are interested in pool and you just want to listen you may want go to Pool Podcast, poolpodcast.com .

I seem to recall the late David Bond narrating The Fabulous Mr. Ponzi on the American Billiard Radio. This was a series of podcasts. It should be easy to find on their website
