Was a gator print leather that was dark brown when I bought it, and dark brown again after Pete dyed it.

OH so you sort of made it from scratch. I asked Pete and he said he could likely duplicate it.
Pete can certainly do another. I was just showing places that offered similar materials.
K...really appreciate the help. We agreed on the cue design today, but the wrap is still a little up in the air for me I keep bouncing between linen and some type of leather.

You should post the design you requested
What I requested was a 58" Hoppe style with Ebony forearm amboyna burl points with red, purple, and blue veneers. Amboyna burl butt sleeve with black fiber, silver nickel, and elforyn white center rings at all points with a black lizard wrap.
Inlays would have drove it out of my price range, but I do like to show off pretty woods so that worked for me.
He said he might send pics as it is being built so fingers crossed.
