Amen. Good Lord. Bad enough he uses FakeBook.Make your non-table statements elsewhere!!
I'm in that group...have a really tough time beyond a few minutes in a mask. Going stir crazy staying home, but it beats not getting enough oxygen. Those folks with asthma or other respiratory ailments sometimes simply cannot wear masks. Any extra CO2 in their systems will make them lightheaded enough to pass out.
Think of this next time you see a driver wearing a mask. Watch as some act like they're drunk.
Right on Jay, you dont have the right to yell fire in a theater and you dont have the right to make others sick.I cant play in leagues and tourn. were i live because a few who are as*holes. If your so patriotic join the military and tell em about your rights .No sarg. i wont thats against my rights. The Covid virus is still raging all across the country with more people dying than at any time before. And some people still chose to ignore the fact that wearing a mask provides protection both for yourself and others. They use the argument about "personal freedom." What about protecting other people, does that matter? I think we all can agree that in many states it's mandatory to wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle and seat belts are mandatory everywhere! Try telling a cop about your "personal freedom" when he writes you a ticket for not following those rules. The threat of Covid is just as real and just as deadly.
At least 95% in my room prefer no mask. As do the owners and staff.Do it for the pool room!

How are things going in Florida now? The Covid rate in the Miami area is surging, that much I know for sure.At least 95% in my room prefer no mask. As do the owners and staff.
All are welcome though. If you feel otherwise, stay away. For the pool room.
To play devil's advocate, you could absolutely do just that and just pay the fine. The Covid virus is still raging all across the country with more people dying than at any time before. Except that A: room owners are barely getting by, let alone having enough money to pay fines, and B: at least here, repeat offenders were in jeopardy of being shut down. No fine, closed. To play devil's advocate, you could absolutely do just that and just pay the fine.

Or...you could work with the people in your community and try to do whats necessary to stay open and get through this...
Agree 100%, Jay. The concept of the mask's importance for ourselves (and our country, really) is so easy to understand that whenever my great-grandson -- only 6 years-old -- is asked by neighbors or store clerks whether mask-wearing was hard for him to get used to . . .The Covid virus is still raging all across the country with more people dying than at any time before. Here, in order to be open, they need to sell food. (i.e. bars that don't sell food have not been open since this began) The standard rule is that you are to wear your mask until seated, and unless/until you're eating/drinking. You have to wear one while up and moving around. the tables are supposed to be separated for social distancing, and in theory you're only supposed to be there with immediate household members, but that part hasn't been really enforced. The distance between tables, capacity limits and mask usage is the prime concern, at least 'round hereUnfortunately, since most rooms these days also sell food & alcohol, and since you cannot eat or drink while wearing a mask, those patrons most cautious would still stay away. Unless, have rooms that are currently open thus suspended those ancillary services?
Thx for sharing jay. Your assumption is that masks work and you believe that. I respect that. However, I disagree. You might be right/I might be right/chances are we are both partly right. Just because you believe what some say about masks, doesn’t mean that you are correct. In America citizens Typically are allowed the opportunity to exercise their constitutionally protected freedom rights. You can’t just tell people to do it because you choose to believe in it. Hope that makes sense. Thanks. The Covid virus is still raging all across the country with more people dying than at any time before. Exactly and thats why you wear a mask lol.We live in a world today where logic and reason are out the window and lies and falsehoods have become the norm.
