NY Steinway tonight, anyone around to play

I'm less than 2 miles from Steinway, was planning on going tonight but wife and people form work with me are not interested. Anyone want to meet up to play a bit? Not really interesting in gambling, no cues with me, but would rather hang out with someone than play alone. 508-505-7415 if you want to send me a txt -Lazar

I don't see anywhere that states they are closed, but I did just try to call and no-one picked up, so maybe they did not list that they are closed when others did. There about half the places are listed as temporarily closed, other places are not.

I'm not going though unless someone picks up the phone there.

Wow, Queens poolrooms are open? At 130,000 plus, Queens has had more positive COVID cases than any other county in New York State. One must assume that the poolrooms in other counties of New York City will be allowed to open soon.

its not the same as open for league play.

what reduced reopening solutions would you try for a safe league reopening?

It does not seem to be open, just no evidence of it being closed online. I called another place near there and got a message they were closed due to covid restrictions. The Flushing places are like a $25 uber ride and at least Carom Cafe has poor parking. I will check out the Prince place see how that is for parking, I do have a car with me.
