NEED QUICK ANSWER - Removing printing on balls

If you want to play with them still, you can't remove the logo.

If you want to remove the logo, use a belt sander

The post went from removing printing to adding printing. And numbers. Which balls already have. But then there is some clue about "carom" so you need numbered 3 Cushion type balls? Based on the fact that the good ball sets are made with hard smooth surface it is not going to be easy to add numbers to them that will stay put and not affect the balls when rolling or hitting each other. Details are important when looking for information.

The set I wanted was sold. OH well. BUT I'm still interested in knowing for the future.
The brand name logo's I know are embedded into the surface and that can't be removed without making the ball smaller.
But those that are surfaced printed with unknown ink. Is there a chemical like acetone that will remove it? Of course without softening the ball material.

Like you said. Embedded.
