I wasn't able to watch yesterday and was curious, since Shane won 11 games in a row what the heck happened. Since they just put the loop up, I watched that stretch from 66-66 to 77-66 shane. Shane put a 3 or 4 pack together, then pushed to a real hard shot. Dennis passed back and Shane took it and missed badly, but left Dennis a little tricky. Dennis missed and then Shane ran a couple and made a spectacular bank with shape to keep it going on the 1ball. He also made a nice jump with shape at one point and ran out and made another jump in that stretch near the end, but got a hooked in the same rack and missed the ensuing jump and didn't get out. So in the 11 games, he broke and ran the bulk, but did miss twice in total (one jump and one tough long cut after his own push out). So I think a 3 or 4 pack in the beginning and around a 5 pack in the second part. His position play wasn't flawless by any means and came up short on shape a few times, but didn't worry about it and overpowered the table for the most part.On a pack or just winning?
What is the current score?Dennis looks done and Shane's breaking like a madman now. He got tired of playing tikitok breaks .
He's just smashing them while controlling the 2-ball.
He won 11 games in a row but I think he's BNR high is still 5 racks.
Dennis had way too many kicking fouls and bad kicks .
What is the current score?
I would love to have seen Efren play Nick Varner this format back in the day.I am not sure what this match is supposed to mean. If they want to prove something play an "All-Around" match say,
9-ball
One pocket
Bank pool
Straight pool
8-ball
Seems it would be more entertaining. I think even the most hardcore pool fan has to find sitting through this current match laborious.
The best of the best rack artist's in the world that's how !How is that even possible??![]()
