Forum user interface suggestion for mobile

Viewing the forums on a computer browser, the page navigation arrows are at both the top and the bottom of each thread. Viewing the same thread on iOS browser, the page navigation arrows are only at the bottom. Is there any way to add the arrows to the top of the mobile browser as well?

I'm sure there is, but I think it might be way outside of my wheelhouse to make such a change.
