Closest thing to it is to rent those big bad ass side-by-sides somewhere in the desert like Vegas. The harder you drive them the better they perform and handle! Hands down the funnest thing I did out there! I'm almost willing to make a trip back just to do it again! You won't regret it

I'd be more likely to do an off road motorcycle tour.

Probably never do either though.

LMAO. We have an intern at work (early-mid 20's). He just bought a brand new naked bike and rode to work in low 40's the other day and almost turned around but didn't, I definitely told him I was impressed. If you're experienced and have the gear, low 40's isn't horrible but he was wearing regular street gloves, one pair of pants, etc. He earned a little respect from me that day ;)
