Go look on Pred's site or just Google it.The picture of the two logos from the shafts (314-3 and z2) confuse me. The logo looks very slightly different. Did they change the logo between 2002 and 2019?

I know. Especially after I called them out on it and showed them the 3k7 didnt have that black ring on it. Weirdest thing was, the guy is from a town where i used to live and new the guy i sold my old 3k7 to.Your call. I can't believe they didn't say it had been fixed.
Thats what I did and i cant tell if the logo is different or not. Looks different in this photoGo look on Pred's site or just Google it.

Wrong. Look at the joint rings. Predator would not have done that. Different joint????????? Are you kidding me. Someone on Ebay was looking for a sucker. Either return it or be stuck with a pos repaired Pred. Your call brother. Goodbye.Im thinking its a real predator that has been repaired. Maybe even by predator. As the wood looks the same after the ring as before it
Thanks Murray! I opened a return on ebay. We will see what happens from here. I had this cue from 2004 til 2012 when i sold her. Ill find one someday!!!
I don't think it was a fake just broken and fixed. You've gotta do your homework and not be in a rush to buy. For that kind of money go buy a Mezz for $500. Best production cues you can buy imo. Love mine.Lol. They will fake anything. I do miss my 3k7 tho. Nostalgia more than the hit…
The metal rings don't shrink , but the wood and surrounding material do. It causes the finish to lift. The nickel rings need to be turned down and cue refinished to repair it.Here is another. Look at the nickle ring. Looks to be losing paint or finish. But its 20 year old cue so may be normal. Cue looks in really good shape too with very few nicks but the z2 shaft is beat to hell.![]()
I just saw forearm picture...someone broke it at the forearm and repaired it. As I said above, the butt is genuine with popped rings. The metal rings don't shrink , but the wood and surrounding material do. It causes the finish to lift. There's nothing "wrong" with the cue...unless the seller didn't disclose it's condition.
It's not a fake.
Seller lied to you. They have to take it back. You didn't send the $$ Paypal F&F did you?I bought it off ebay. The guy specifically told me it had not been repaired when I asked him. Obviously wasn’t the truth now that I have the cue in hand. I am trying to return it now. We will see how it goes.
They are not super difficult to find. If you have FB join the predator cue group. I asked around for a panthera cue that only 100 were made and found three of them. Good call on no friends or family, never do thatYup. He lied to me. I sent the screenshot of his message with my return request. Thank goodness i did not send paypal f&f. I had read a few horror stories about purchasing cues with paypal f&f on AZ so i stayed away from that. I did it credit card via paypall through ebay. It looks like he accepted the return tho and ebay just sent me the return postage. Hopefully it goes smoothly. One day ill find a 3k7 to purchase.
Thanks again for you comments and help!
